Executive Summary
Index Corporation is looking to expand job recruitment through the use of social media and they are working with us, IUPUI students to gain more communication with college students. They want to find the best methods to reach out to college students to recruit for employment or internship opportunities. With these strategies they can implement and improve their outreach goals.

This Recommendation Report is going to provide information on these different strategies to increase online engagement with their company. This report will cover those specific strategies and go in depth with individual analyses about the recommendations. These analyses will include strategies such as:
Paid Advertising over Organic Advertising
Qualities that make the company attractive to lean on
Use social media to create proactive relationships with STEM Majors
Understand specific demographics for each social media
Monitoring competitors and Saturating social media to stand out

Key Findings
Women prefer direct communication whereas men will be easily accessible on social media (Wang, 2013)
Paid social media recruiting advertising is the most successful and cost effective way to recruit possible employees i.e. (margin ads, sponsored ads, video ads)
Being active and interacting with customers on social media is especially important since most things are being done online today
